1. Who we are

Signs Ministries is the working name of The Trustee for Signs Ministries Charitable Trust, a charity registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC), based at 69 Galleon Way, Currumbin Waters QLD 4223. You can reach us at any time at info@signsministries.com.

2. What information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us, typically when you:

• email us or submit an enquiry (your name, email address and message contents);
• request an interpreter (event details such as date, location and event type);
• make a donation (your name and transfer reference, so we can receipt and thank you);
• register for a course or training day.

Our website contact forms open your own email application — the information you enter is sent by you, directly to us, as an ordinary email. This website itself does not store form submissions in a database.

• To respond to your enquiry or booking request;
• To arrange interpreting, training or course participation;
• To issue donation receipts and keep required financial records;
• To send ministry updates you have asked to receive.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing.

We may share relevant details with the accredited interpreters or trainers assigned to your booking, strictly so they can deliver the service. We may also disclose information where required by law (for example, to the ACNC or the ATO as part of charity reporting).

Information you email to us is held in our email account and in paper or electronic records needed for charity administration. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we retain financial records for the period required by Australian law.

This website is a static site. It does not set advertising cookies, does not use tracking pixels, and does not run third-party analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts' content delivery network, which may record standard web server logs such as your IP address when those files are fetched.
